Mr. Steve Withrow has accumulated over 25 years of experience working with a wide variety of marine science & technology companies to strengthen their competitive position in commercial, academic and government market sectors world-wide. Since its inception in 1997, Trinity has established a successful track record as a business development consulting firm specializing in strategic market planning, market research, new product introduction and international market penetration strategies, and assisting small and “start-up” businesses with identifying and attracting investment funding. The company is specifically focused on the unique needs of clients working in, or looking to establish themselves in, the global marine science & technology marketplace.

In addition to his 18+ years of industry experience as Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Marketing Manager with Hazeltine Corp., Director of Undersea Systems Marketing with General Instruments Corp., Vice President of Business Development with SeaBeam Instruments, Inc. and Managing Director of ORE Offshore, Mr. Withrow has also held positions as Chairman of the Board for the Slater Center for Ocean Technology (SCOT), a RI State-funded incubator for small businesses with new and promising marine technologies and as Executive Director of the Marine & Oceanographic Technology Network (MOTN), a New England-based industry trade association consisting of over 50 member companies and regional universities.
